A ten-year Louisville business, given a site that finally shows the work.
The Problem
Ten years of clean work, buried by the site.
Peek's crews had been mowing, planting, and cleaning up the East End of Louisville for a decade. The reviews were 5-star and the referrals were steady — but Google searches for "Louisville lawn care" were owned by franchises with polished pages and half the reputation. Kirk was losing bids to newer companies just because their websites looked more expensive than his.
Process
01.
A day in the trucks
A morning riding along on three East End job sites — St. Matthews, Crescent Hill, Indian Hills. Photographed every step, wrote down every customer conversation. Everything that shipped on the site started from that day.
02.
A page per neighborhood
Twenty suburb pages, each one indexable, each one honestly describing what the crew actually does there. "Landscape design in Prospect" now returns Peek on page one.
03.
Static, fast, cheap to run
Eleventy generates the whole site at build time. All WebP, all lazy-loaded, all hosted on Cloudflare Pages. No CMS to update, no monthly fees — Kirk pushes a photo to the repo, the site rebuilds in 40 seconds.

The Solution
A site that reads like the crew works.
Fifteen pages of editorial, photography-driven storytelling — seven services, a real gallery, testimonials, a plain-English FAQ, and an estimate form that reaches the office in seconds. The design leans on Peek's own palette — deep forest green, warm cream, five-star gold — and the trust signals (5.0 reviews, BBB A+, insured, USDOT) sit above the fold. Everything a Louisville homeowner needs to say "yes" in one call.
The Outcome
More estimates, faster page, better calls.
Estimate requests roughly tripled in the first month. Mobile load time cratered from over four seconds to under one. And the calls got easier — homeowners started referencing pages by name on the phone, arriving with fewer questions and more trust.
